Two time Oscar winner Hilary Swank recently revealed in an interview when she was preparing for the movie "Million Dollar Baby" she needed to increase her muscle mass and started eating large amounts of fish. So much so that she suffered from mercury poisoning. According to Swank: "I was eating so much fish that I got elevated mercury problems. It plagued me for a couple of years after that movie. When I discovered my health was suffering, I had to change my diet."
